Brass is an alloy and it is very normal that its color fades after certain uses due to oxidation. To get shining back rub with a mixture of lemon and salt or tamarind or ready-made metal shining powders like Pithambari or liquid-like Dara, Brasso available in the local market. Also, Sevsancha will stain and corrode easily if it is left with food or liquid. It is best to clean Seva immediately after use.
